Evan Van Hook

Evan van Hook is Corporate Vice President for Health, Safety, Environment & Remediation for Honeywell International, where he was awarded the 2012 Senior Leadership Award, the company's highest honor.

 

A graduate of the Yale Law School, Mr. van Hook also teaches at the International Environmental Law at Columbia Law School and is guest lecturer for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

 

From 2002 until 2004 Mr. Hook served as Assistant Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and is a former partner in the law firm of Sidley & Austin. He is a former Chair of the Environmental Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a current member of the Columbia Law School Environmental Law Advisory Committee.
