Karen Ethier is Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety for W.R. Grace & Co., a $3 billion, specialty chemical company with operations in more than 40 countries. In her current role, she develops and leads the global EHS strategy for the company. Her goal is to enable the business strategy while driving simple, global EHS standards.

Ms. Ethier has more than 25 years of professional experience in addressing complex environment, health and safety issues. Prior to joining the company, she was a consultant, an experience which provided a broad exposure to various industries, company cultures and technical challenges.
