Allen M. Stegman is General Director, Environmental and Hazardous Materials for BNSF Railway Co., one of the largest transportation providers in the nation as well as one of the largest landowners. In his current role, Mr. Stegman focuses on safe hazardous materials transport, emergency response, crisis prevention, remediation and environmental liability management.

An experienced EHS professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field, he also worked as Director of Safety and Environmental Affairs for a global specialty chemical company.

Mr. Stegman has a bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Missouri.
